Honesty It's really pretty simple, I've been doing this since 1989 and have helped 100's of buyer's find that perfect home, I've also helped a few avoid some costly mistakes. That's what you can expect from me, I'll tell you what I think, even if it's not what you want to hear. Buying that "just right" home is the goal and you are the decision maker... It's OK if you don't want to listen, but it's not OK if you are not informed.
Fun I try to make things fun. We are spending time together and the truth is that the nice houses get me excited too. It's why I originally got into the business of real estate and it drives me on a daily basis... to share in that experience with you No pressure I'm not thinking about me. I'm thinking about you... I'll tell you if I think that you are making a mistake and then we'll move on. I'm a professional Yes, I have fun with the marketing, the cow stuff....
